6.27 FAQ-30 My About Origin dialog says my license is owned by the wrong person. Why is this and how do I correct it?

The "Owned by" name that displays in About Origin is entered during the Origin order entry process. If the wrong name is displayed,

  1. Contact contact OriginLab Support or your local distributors involving your serial number and correct company information. For Japanese user, please provide company name in both English and Japanese.
  2. After the database is updated, you will be informed to retrieve license to reflect the new information in About Origin.
