Origin 2020 introduced Mini Toolbars for fast-editing of graph properties. When the user clicks on a graph object -- be it the page, the graph layer, graph axes, or a plot or other graphic object -- a popup toolbar of object-specific tools appears next to the click point.
You can turn Mini Toolbars off by pressing Ctrl+SHIFT+T or by unchecking Mini Toolbars under View menu.
You can turn it back on by pressing the keys again or check the menu again.
Press Shift to make the Mini Toolbar re-appear after it has faded away.
