Gage Study is a methodology used in quality management and statistical analysis to assess the measurement system (or gauge) used to collect data in a manufacturing or business process. The purpose of a Gage Study is to evaluate the reliability, accuracy, and precision of the measurement system itself, separate from the variation of the actual process being measured.

The Gage Study - Continuous Data app provide following tools:

• Type 1 Gage Study
• Gage Linear Bias Analysis
• Crossed Gage R&R Study
• Nested Gage R&R Study
• Expanded Gage R&R Study
• Create Gage Worksheet

How to download and install the app

• Click Add Apps button in Apps Gallery to open App Center, search Gage Study - Continuous Data and install the app.

  OR

• Download the App from the OriginLab File Exchange, drag and drop the OPX file to Origin to install it

Sample OPJ

The sample opj will be used in the tutorials in the chapter.

• Download the project file from here and open it in Origin.

• After the app is installed, right click on the icon in Apps Gallery and select Shows Sample Folder from the context menu
