ThreeWayANOVA-Dialog
This dialog can be used to carry out three-way ANOVA analysis. To open this dialog, select Statistics:ANOVA:Three-Way ANOVA from Origin menu.
Controls recalculation of analysis results
For more information, see: Recalculating Analysis Results
Specify Input Data form as Raw or Indexed.
In this mode, one column contains factor variables data and the other columns contain levels of these factors.
In this mode, response data from each level of the factor variables are stored in a separate column.
Specify the significance level of three-way ANOVA.
Select to perform test for homogeneity of variance.
Specify the ANOVA model. Select all for a full factorial model. Main effects are always counted.
Specify whether to compute descriptive statistics for the main effects and interactions.
Choose methods of post-hoc pairwise means comparison:
Specify the significance level for post-hoc pairwise means comparison. The default is 0.05.
Tukey
Different methods for pairwise means comparison.
(For more information for how to choose these methods, see Selecting mean comparison methods.)
(For more information for algorithm, see Algorithms)
Compute power analysis:
Select to computer the actual power
Select to computer the hypothetical power from the hypothetical Sample Size(s) entered below
Significance Level
Specify the significance level() for power computation. This option is only available when either Actual Power or Hypothetical Power is checked.
Specify the hypothetical sample size, using space to separate each entry. The default is 50 100 200.
Specifies whether to generate the means plot for main effects and interactions in the report sheet.
Specifies the destination to output the data for plots (you must select a Plots option, below).
