17.4 ANOVA

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used to examine the variance of a dependent variable. The dependent variable is measured at different levels of one or more factor variables. Total variance is partitioned into factor-related components and measurement error with the goal of quantifying the factor effects.

Origin provides One- and Two-Way ANOVA. OriginPro adds Three-Way ANOVA and One-,Two-Way Repeated Measures ANOVA.
