Description

Get cell comment as a string

Syntax

BOOL GetCellComment( int nRow, int nCol, string & comment)

Parameters

nRow: [input] Row number with zero offset
nCol: [input] Column number with zero offset
comment: [output] String to store the comment value

Return

TRUE for success, otherwise FALSE
