Description

Convert a time formated string to a Julian value

Syntax

double str_to_time( LPCTSTR lpcszTime, DWORD dwFlags = 0 )

Parameters

lpcszTime

[input] string containing the time

dwFlags

Return

A double containing a Julian date value
