lpcszDefaultText: [input] Initial value of the DataRange

dwFlyoutOptions: [input] if dwFlyoutOptions = INTERACTIVE_CONTROL_FLYOUT_OPTIONS_NO_DATA_SELECTOR, no data selector when you select a plot
