Data Requirements

Select at least one group of XYZ columns in the worksheet. When plotting a Polar theta(X)r(Y)Z graph, X represents the Angle (Units are in degrees), Y is the Radius and Z data control the contour. When plotting a Polar r(X)theta(Y)Z graph, X is the Radius and Y is the Angle (Units are in degrees) and Z data control the contour.

Creating the Graph

Select required data.

From the menu, choose Plot > Contour: Polar Contour r(X) theta(Y)/Polar Contour theta(X) r(Y) .

or

Click the Polar Contour r(X) theta(Y)/Polar Contour theta(X) r(Y) button on the 3D and Contour Graphs toolbar.
