Description

Constructor to determine what INI file to use

Syntax

INIFile( LPCSTR lpcszFilename = NULL, BOOL bUseIniPath = TRUE )

Parameters

lpcszFilename: [input] File name (can specify full path and file name)
bUseIniPath: [input] Set to TRUE for INI path, false for program path
