Description:
Hierarchical circular packing graph is perfect to show hierarchical data.
A circular packing graph has multiple levels, where each category is represented as a circle and its sub-categories are represented as circle inside of it. The size of each circle is proportional to the sum of the same categories.
Circular packing graph in Origin supports two types of input data:
-
Multiple Levels:
At least 3 columns are required: The last column is data values (set as Y) and all other columns are categories and sub-categories (set as X)
-
Edge List:
Four columns are required, label of child node column and label of parent node column for the hierarchical structure, Node column and Value column are for the size of each circle.
