Perform Cochran's Q test on multiple groups of binary data.

Purpose
This app can be used to test whether multiple groups of binary data have identical effects. Binary data can be coded as 0/1 or uncoded(e.g. Pass/Failure). Pairwise multiple comparisons are also made with the test.

Installation
Download the file cochranQtest.opx, then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps gallery window.
 

Operation

1. Click on the App icon to open the dialog.
2. Select at least 2 columns as input data.
3. If the data is uncoded, specify which value should be coded as 1.
4. Enter significance level.
5. Click OK.

         Note: Rows with missing values are excluded from input data.
