If just holding A, it is not able zoom-panning image window using the related keys or mouse operations.
If holding ctrl+a, mouse wheel is able to zoom in/out the image window, but other operations are not working.
The similar issue exists when putting the image window to html dialog.
Fixed in Origin2020b.
