This App performs kernel density estimation from empirical data using Gaussian kernel, and calculates overlap areas relative to each pair of distributions.
Download the overlapDistrb.opx file, then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps gallery window.
- Activate a worksheet and highlight two or more columns with empirical data.
- Click the icon in the Apps Gallery window to open the dialog.
- Enter number of points to estimate kernel density.
- Click OK.
