Installation

Download the file Import VAMAS.opx, and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. An icon will appear in the Apps Gallery window.

Operation

  1. Click on the app icon.
  2. Select a VAMAS file and click OK.

01/17/2024knikiforowDoesn't work properly. The goal was to import CasaXPS produced VMS into Origin 2023. Simple survey XPS spectra without fitting are imported but X axis is broken, some arbitrary values there, not B.E. Multiple chemical elements spectra files with peak fitting imported only partially (i.e only 1 element) and the same broken X axis.
