Description:

Installation
Download the Import NanoScope.opx, and then drag-and-drop onto Origin workspace.
An icon will appear in the Apps Gallery window.

OPERATION

  1. Click on the Import NanoScope icon. Then choose a NanoScope file to open.
  2. Meta data are saved into a Notes window. Data are imported into either a worksheet or a matrix book.
