For Origin Rich Text in Notes window, in previous version, the rendered size in Note window was constant regardless of the Scale of the monitor and it corresponded exactly to the font size as measured on screen (like using a ruler). Howerver, on High DPI monitor, this may result that the rendered size looks smaller than the raw text.

Now, new behavior will be like in MS Word, i.e. the rendered size in Note window grows with the Scale of the monitor and it does not any more correspond to the font size as measured on screen.

The behavior is controlled by system variable @cnfs (default = 1).
