Make a before-after plot and make a box chart. Resize the box chart’s layer size.

Select merge graph from toolbar, add the 2 graph generated before,

Number of rows=1, number of columns=2,

Set Orientation in Page Setup tp Landscape

Select set layer width by common scale, ok ==> two layer use different font size and line thickness. No such issue if we set scale mode to fix factor.
