When copied data contains quotes, the pasted result may create extra columns.

For example, copy below data and paste to worksheet will create 4 columns, but it should be only 2 columns.

"Frequency (Hz)"	"CH1_INNER-CONTROL_C1_Z+ (G²/Hz)"
1	2
3	4
