In the past, Worksheet Query… dialog can only be used to extract data from one sheet. In Origin 2025b, Multiple Worksheets checkbox is added to extract data from multiple sheets with same structure. E.g.
With any of the worksheet or workbook active, choose Worksheet: Worksheet Query…
Check the Multiple Worksheets checkbox.
Click the > in the table below to pick multiple sheets
Set Condition using short name of the column. Click Test - select if true to verify the query result.
In bottom-left table, pick which column to extract by check the corresponding checkbox.
Specify the Output and click OK
The result will look as follows, with Data Identifier column to know which workbook & sheet the corresponding row is from
