In the dialog, go to Output tab and uncheck Result Graph Sheet so no graph sheet is created.

==> FFTResultData1 are filled with missing valules.

Workaround in previous version: Set @RDV=1600001 (bigger than no. of rows)

Fixed in Origin 2025b.
