1. New worksheet, add multiple columns, fill all with random data, plot scatter

2. right click legend to uncheck "Show Legend for visible plot only" from legend fly-out

3. double click legend to keep only 1st two plot entries

4. in object manager, uncheck checkbox for any plot

==> all legend entries show
