if not, the file is converted to pal file and put to User Files Folder\Palettes\
If the filename already existed, the file name will enumerate.

When user exports a graph, the settings should be remembered in the graph itself, so next time, they should be able to pick as a theme to refill the dialog.

For column/bar plot, after setting fill pattern to be by Point ->Incrementing, right click legend, Legend: Point by Point context menu was grayed out before Origin 2021.
