XF failed resolve argument having comma in GOS

  1. In GOS, the numeric separator is 1.000,0 by default
  2. New a workbook
  3. Run below script failed to change fill color of column A to red because the arguments are separated by , 
    wcellcolor 1 color(255, 0, 0);

    Fixed in Origin 2020.
