This X-function is used to change the display language of Origin. It is used in Japanese or German versions of Origin to switch between Japanese/English or German/English. Moreover, you can determine whether to apply the language setting to all the users or only to the users that register in Origin. Note that when the display language is set to Japanese or German, you can still use English in the Analysis Report. The language change will not be applied until you restart Origin.
